Your Questions, Answered.
Still deciding if our Strictly Money programs are right for you? Check out our most frequently asked questions.

01 How is this different from other financial education or leadership programs?
Most programs pick a lane — they teach financial skills or leadership skills, but rarely both. We sit at the intersection intentionally. Financial fluency isn’t separate from how you lead, negotiate, advocate for yourself, or make decisions at work. When you understand money deeply, it changes how you show up everywhere. That’s the difference.
02Which program is right for me — SM Core or SM Collective?
If you want a strong personal finance foundation — budgeting, investing, net worth building, protection — SM Core is your starting point. It’s self-paced, structured, and has already been completed by over 1,200 women.
SM Collective is for women who are further along: executives, high-achievers, and those navigating both personal wealth and the financial dimensions of leadership. It’s application-based and runs on a year-long commitment.
If you’re not sure, start with SM Core, monthly membership. The path forward will become clear.
03The pricing seems very reasonable. What's the catch?
There isn’t one. Accessibility is a core part of our mission. We aim to keep costs down by staying focused — no budget lost to vanity projects, feel-good production for its own sake, or sponsorships that dilute what we’re here to do. Every dollar goes toward the program itself. You benefit from that directly.
04Can my employer cover the cost?
Many employers offer full or partial reimbursement for professional development. Saij Elle programs qualify under most learning and development budgets. Check with your HR or L&D team — and if it helps, we’re happy to provide documentation to support your request.
05I love your programs — can I bring it to my company?
We’d love that. If you refer your organization and it leads to a corporate partnership, we offer a referral fee as a genuine thank-you for championing our work.
06I'm based outside North America — does this apply to me?
Yes. Around 90% of the curriculum applies regardless of where you live — the principles of investing, building wealth, and financial decision-making are universal. Where local differences matter, primarily around tax treatment and retirement schemes, we flag them directly and walk you through what to consider in your context.
One practical note: some program tiers involve live or scheduled elements, and time zones can affect participation. We do our best to accommodate different schedules, but this isn’t always guaranteed. If timing is a concern, reach out before enrolling and we’ll give you an honest picture of what to expect.
07What commitment does this require?
That depends on the program. SM Core is self-paced — most members complete the five modules over a few months, fitting it around an existing schedule. SM Collective involves a year-long commitment with more structured engagement. The Strictly Money Circle is an ongoing community you participate in at whatever level works for you. None of these are designed to overwhelm. It’s designed to stick.
