Refund Policy
We offer a 25-day satisfaction guarantee. To qualify, you must notify us by email within 25 days of purchase and have completed less than 10% of the program. Approved refunds are issued less a US$47 admin fee to cover processing costs.
Community Standards
SM Core includes access to a member community. What’s shared inside stays inside — do not share, screenshot, or repurpose other members’ contributions outside this space.
Cancellation
Monthly members may cancel anytime through their profile. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Currency
All prices are in USD. If you’re paying in another currency, your credit card provider applies the exchange rate at time of transaction. Saij Elle is not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion fees.
